The building must be set back from the lake at least 50 feet, 30 feet back from the centerline of the road, 10 feet from the side yard lot line. Camping on your lot is not
allowed. A private campground is available for the owners and their guests.
The building sites have been surveyed and the property corners are clearly staked. "Sunburst yellow" metal fence posts have been installed to act as locator markers on each corner of the property. Please feel free to drive by the property at your convenience.
