A private campground is available for the owners and their guests. There are no restrictions as to when you must build; buy and enjoy now, build later.
These building sites do not have actual water frontage. But read on-the access is thru a "private park". This private park is located directly in front of the lot. (Not down the street or across some road.) The landlocked private park's access in limited to adjacent property owners only.
