Take the tour!
From Evart, Michigan:
- At traffic light in Evart, turn South on
Main Street
- Follow Main Street over the river. Road
curves and becomes 85th Street and eventually becomes 80th Street.
- Continue South 5.5 miles from the traffic
light in Evart to 1 Mile Raod
- Turn west (right) on 1 Mile Road
- Continue for one mile to 90th Avenue.
- Turn South (left) on 90th Avenue
- Continue South on 90th Avenue, past the
main entrance to Lake Miramichi and the LMPOA Campground (Lake
Miramichi Property Owners Association) to Balsam, just .1 mile to gate on
your right. (You will see a sign "LMPOA Private")
- Turn Right through gate.
- Continue approximately .1 mile. You will
come to a stop sign.
- At the stop sign, turn left
- You are now on Miramichi Road
- You will notice two lakefront homes on your
right. In about 200 feet, you will notice a yellow sign with black numbers
marked "138". This is lot # 90138, directly across from the water
tower.
To go to continue your tour:
- Continue on Miramichi Drive along the
lake shore approximately .3 miles to Cheynne Trail
- Turn Right on Cheyenne Trail
- Follow Cheyenne Trail, staying to the left,
approximately .3 miles. The site is on your right.
The next two available sites are immediately
North of 23061 Cheyenne Trail. You will see a yellow sign with black numbers
marked "59" and "60" to designate each lot. These lots
are # 90059 and # 90060.
"Sunburst Yellow" metal fence posts
have been installed to act as locators on each lot.
