Directions:
- From the traffic
light in Evart, MI, turn south on Main Street
- Follow Main Street
over the Muskegon River. Continue south 5.5 miles to 1 Mile Road. (Main
Street curves and becomes 85th Street and eventually becomes 80th Street.)
- Turn west (right) on
1 Mile Road
- Take 1 Mile Road 1.0
miles to 90th Ave.
- Turn south (left) on
90th Ave.
- Continue on 90th Ave.
0.6 miles, past the main entrance to Lake Miramichi
- Turn west (right)
into the second entrance
- Continue to the stop
sign and turn left on Pontiac Trail
- Continue 0.1 miles to
intersection.
- Turn left at
intersection and turn 0.1 miles to the site
(just past the second house)
- On your right
will be a yellow sign with black letters marked "823" marking the
site.
- TO VISIT THE SECOND
SITE: go back to the intersection where you turned left- go straight thru
the intersection and continue around the lake
aprx .5 mile till you see another yellow sign with black letters marked
"853" The site is directly north of the home located at 9854
